Entrepreneurship And Employability (Ene Club)
The Entrepreneurship and Employability (EnE Club) is a structured capacity-building platform established by COREDevini to equip youth, women, and young adults with the practical skills, mindset, and support systems required to successfully enter the workforce or start and grow sustainable enterprises.
The EnE Club responds directly to challenges such as youth unemployment, underemployment, limited job readiness, and lack of access to entrepreneurial guidance and capital. Through hands-on training, mentorship, peer learning, and real-world exposure, the Club bridges the gap between education and economic participation.
Sentinel Ork men (Mentorship/cooperative project)
The EnE Club operates as a membership-based learning and mentorship ecosystem, enabling continuous engagement, peer support, and scalability across communities. Graduates are encouraged to mentor new participants, creating a cycle of knowledge transfer and impact.
