CAHIRA Programme

CAHIRA Programme

The CAHIRA Programme is COREDevini’s flagship empowerment initiative designed to advance economic inclusion, social resilience, and leadership development for women and girls. The programme responds to systemic barriers such as limited access to education, skills, capital, and supportive networks that often prevent women and girls from reaching their full potential.

CAHIRA adopts a holistic, rights-based, and community-driven approach, combining capacity building, mentorship, cooperative development, and access to livelihood opportunities. The programme empowers beneficiaries not only to earn a living, but also to become confident decision-makers, leaders, and change agents within their families and communities.
