Lea Mentoring Program
The LEA Mentoring Program is a structured personal development and guidance initiative designed by COREDevini to support children and young people through education, mentorship, and character development. The program responds to challenges such as poor academic support, lack of positive role models, low self-esteem, and limited exposure to life and career opportunities.
LEA is built on the principles of Leadership, Education, and Aspiration, ensuring that beneficiaries receive consistent guidance to help them make informed decisions, develop positive values, and pursue productive futures.
School Mentoring Project
The School Mentoring Project is a core component of COREDevini’s LEA Mentoring Program, designed to support primary and secondary school students through structured mentorship, academic guidance, and life-skills development. The project addresses key challenges facing students such as poor academic performance, low motivation, limited career exposure, behavioral issues, and lack of positive role models.
By providing consistent mentorship within the school environment, the project strengthens students’ academic focus, builds self-confidence, and nurtures leadership potential from an early age.
